Advisory Role: Clinical Integration & Coach Experience Lead

Entheology Project is seeking a Clinical Integration & Coach Experience Advisor to help shape science-backed reflection pathways and scalable support systems for facilitators. If you’re passionate about turning therapeutic wisdom into digital healing tools — and guiding coaches through meaningful transformation journeys — we’d love to collaborate.

Role Summary: Designs and oversees the development of science-backed integration protocols while building scalable systems for coach onboarding, engagement, and enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect trauma-informed integration flows based on ACT, IFS, Jungian psychology, and somatic principles.
• Collaborate with AI/UX teams to embed these flows into conversational and journaling interfaces.
• Design onboarding and credentialing processes for integration coaches and therapists.
• Develop feedback loops between coach experiences, user outcomes, and product design.
• Ensure alignment with ethical, reflective, and consent-first standards in user–coach interactions.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Clinical psychologist, licensed therapist, or experienced psychedelic integration specialist.
• Strong background in digital mental health, therapeutic frameworks, or coaching platforms.
• Familiar with trauma-informed design and experiential learning systems.

Compensation:

• Equity compensation through advisory shares in Entheo.AI, vesting over 12–24 months based on contribution.
