Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our growing portfolio of websites and brands. This is a hands-on role for someone with a passion for creating engaging content and driving meaningful growth. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, innovate, and see your ideas come to life. We need someone who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram, understands their trends, and can develop strategies to expand our reach. You’ll also work closely with our development team (based in Pakistan) to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts into our platforms, with some flexibility to occasionally work during Pakistan’s hours.


Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for TikTok and Instagram to expand our community.
  • Create captivating content, including Reels, Stories, and TikToks, that aligns with current trends and our brand mission.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.
  • Partner with influencers and creators to amplify brand visibility and authenticity.
  • Monitor trends to identify and leverage new opportunities for engagement.

Advertising Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI and make adjustments as needed.
  • Allocate and manage an advertising budget effectively.

Content Strategy

  • Develop engaging ad copy, email marketing campaigns, and blog content that tell our story.
  • Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns to maximize visibility and impact.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance metrics across social platforms and websites.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement rates, traffic, and conversions.
  • Use insights to refine strategies, experiment, and drive continuous improvement.

Collaboration

  • Work with WordPress, React, and Node.js developers to optimize landing pages and enhance user experience.
  • Ensure marketing efforts are seamlessly integrated into our software applications.
  • Collaborate with CEO during business hours and occasionally with development team during Pakistan hours.

Qualifications

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media management and paid campaigns.
  • Proven success in building and growing brands on TikTok and Instagram.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT, WordPress, Shopify, and ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Understanding of entheogens, plant medicines, functional mushrooms or nootropics is a big plus but not essential.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
